COSOL brings together individuals who are committed to continuous learning, personal growth, meaningful work and positive contribution. Through learning programmes, community initiatives, practical experiences and shared wisdom, we aim to help people navigate life with greater awareness, adaptability and purpose.

Our direction is to grow, step by step, a community of Equality Practitioners: people who practise equality in their workplaces, institutions and lives.

Our Evolution

COSOL didn't start in a traditional classroom. It was born out of a profound realisation: Life is the ultimate school, yet no one hands us a syllabus. As an extension of A Student of Life (A SOL), we realized that navigating modern challenges—career shifts, personal health, and finding deep existential meaning—requires a continuous circle of collective wisdom.
